TVM Engineering is looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. You'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team designing experiences that matter.
Design user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the design process
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
Maintain consistency across design systems and user flows
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Proficiency in Figma and design tools like Adobe XD or Sketch
Understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility
Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and final UI
Team player with great communication and organizational skills
